CALIBRATION

As part of our service to our customers we perform calibration on panel meters as well as a variety of other electronic test equipment that fall within our capabilities.  Our capabilities are primarily volts, amperes, ohms, watts, vars, frequency and temperature.  Test equipment that measure, monitor or indicate these parameters may fall within our capabilities.  Our capabilities will soon be describe on this site but prior to sending a unit in to us for service or calibration, we welcome you to contact us in order that we may verify the instrument in need of service is within our capabilities.  On occasion some instruments that require some type of service may be obsolete or discontinued by the manufacture.  In these cases we may also be of some service.  Even though the manufacture no longer supports a discontinued item as long as we have the appropriate service information we may be able to confidently provide you with the service to full fill your requirements. There are times when parts specific to your instrument are no longer available and our time is lost, however if basic generic parts return your instrument back the original manufacturer specifications then we'll take that approach. So unlike some distributors we like to say that "we can service what we sell".  Many times service information in the form of calibration procedures, schematics and manuals are on file here at our location.  Some manufactures are reluctant to supply this information to the general public and in these cases we can refer to item to the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) for service and or calibration.  Many customers use us a link to a variety of manufacturers.  This is a cost savings as time is money.  The convenience of delivering five or six different items each a different manufacturer to one localized location reduces costs and saves time.
